1. Reservations and Payment

All reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as required. Rates quoted include applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated. The hotel reserves the right to modify rates prior to confirmation.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may attract additional charges. Guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made within the free cancellation period stated at the time of booking will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made after this period or failure to arrive (no-show) will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay or as otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.

4. Guest Conduct and Responsibility

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and comply with hotel policies. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or deliberate, must be reported immediately and may result in repair or replacement charges. The hotel reserves the right to evict guests who engage in unlawful, disruptive, or offensive behavior.

5. Liability

The hotel shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings not secured in the in-room safe or hotel safety deposit box. The management is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6. Smoking and Pets

Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated smoke-free areas. Pets are only not allowed in the Hotel.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Guest information is collected solely for the purpose of processing reservations and providing services during the stay. The hotel is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not share information with third parties without consent.

8. Right to Refuse Service

The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or continued stay to any guest who violates these terms, engages in illegal activity, or poses a threat to staff, other guests, or property.
